  • Systems consulting and optimization
  • Web hosting and server management
  • Domain registration and DNS management
  • VOIP and telephony solutions
  • Email hosting and business communication setup

Service specifications, deliverables, and timelines will be detailed in separate service agreements or statements of work.

3. User Responsibilities and Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information when requested
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
  • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or compromise our services
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Respect intellectual property rights and not infringe on third-party rights
  • Provide timely feedback and cooperation necessary for service delivery

4. Payment Terms and Billing

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

  • Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise specified
  • Late payments may incur additional fees and service suspension
  • All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
  • Disputed charges must be reported within 60 days of billing

5. Service Availability and Performance

We strive to maintain high service availability and performance standards. However:

  • We cannot guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service access
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice
  • Service level agreements (SLAs) will be detailed in separate agreements

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, and materials provided by Tutahami IT Solutions remain our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services. Custom solutions developed specifically for your business will be governed by separate intellectual property agreements.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

Your privacy and data security are important to us. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data collection and processing practices as described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tutahami IT Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or delays beyond our reasonable control
  • Third-party actions or content

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the incident.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tutahami IT Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms or non-payment.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12. Force Majeure
